I have this now the second time in the last weeks and I lost the game because an injured player has not been substituted. How can this happen? Fix this bug!

Firstly, you were down 1-0 when the player was “injured”.
Not all injuries need to be substituted. The players who was injured didn’t get subbed off because he didn’t need it. I watched the game after the injury occurred and there’s no effect on his performance due to it.

Still this is another bug that has been around for ages. I've never seen anything else than the engine messing up how it handles injuries when they occur at a time in the match that a regular substitution – on either side as far as I can remember – is planned. Just watched it happening again in a (hidden) scout match.

I'm often 1:0 down and winning the game then.😉
But nevermind I won the cup, nevertheless I lost this one game.
In my opinion this is a bug. I can't find anywhere any information about players which are injured will not be substituted.
