Youth Package
By whosvico - 25-10-2023 18:38
When i recieve my 16 years old youths, should i assign them Youth Package that has the attributes that they have the highest potential? I accidentally sent all of my new youths to the current active package for 5 weeks as it was free so does the attributes in the active package change or do they train only the 2 attributes that was currently on the active package?

I dont fully understand all your questions so I write and hopefully you'll find a answer from it!
If you send player to training camp then he will train those skills that were active when you sent him to training camp. Training packages will change on Mondays and Fridays about 10:30 CEST.
Scout report gives you a indication which skills will go highest and which skills will be lowest. From scout report you should try to determine player position and train him according to their position.
This is the principle which at the beginning you should follow(Its a bit more complicated actually but to keep things simple):
Goalkeeper training: Keeping, stamina and aerial passing are first skills to train. Later play intelligence, ball control and speed
Field players: Main skill(Shooting for strikers, tackling for defenders, passing/aerial passing for midfielders depending if you play short passing or wings) speed, stamina and ball control.
If you don't find your answer then don't hesitate to write again and I'll try to answer!

Vs: Youth Package

Thank you for the answer and i got from you the exact information i needed! My main problem was that now the youths train attributes in the training camp that they don´t need on the position where i am planning them to play. But next time i´ll make sure they train the right attributes on training camp :D
